Free Registration and Introductory Consultation
SuPaw Nanny will provide a free consultation before confirming your first booking. This 20/30 minute session take can place at your home and is simply an opportunity for us all to get to know one another a little better and appreciate your pets temperament and their preferred routine from the outset. During this visit, as well as discussing the level of care you need, we can answer any questions you may have and talk through our paperwork (including our contract, veterinary release forms, pet profiles).
If you wish to enrol your dog for dog walking, daycare and/or home boarding, this session will take place in our home – and will also incorporate a dog walk to allow us the opportunity to walk your pet together – as well as the chance for you to experience the family environment your pet will enjoy during their stay with us.
None of this places you under any obligation. It’s simply an opportunity for you to meet with us and for us to understand your pet’s needs.
To maximise the time we spend with you and your pet(s), we ask you to complete the paperwork online prior to our introduction session. As well as registering your pet with us, we’ll also need to you to provide the necessary permissions in line with the Animal Welfare (Licensing of Activities Involving Animals) (England) Regulations 2018.
